A. Payment is either made by cash or credit card at the end of the day. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or set up accounts unless it is organised PRIOR to your scheduled move.
A. Our attention to detail determines the difference between us and our competition. Prior to your move our staff will contact you to ensure that you are getting the correct services and thus not paying for things you don’t need.
A. We would be happy to dismantle and reassemble you furniture on the day of the move; but please let us know before moving day so we have all the right tools onboard.
A. Local moves are usually conducted in less than one day. Although this depends on many factors including; the time required to load and unload the truck, what type of access there is to the property (driveway, foot path, lane), if you are in a unit what level you are on, if we can have sole access to the lift and how prepared you are to move. The more prepared you are and the more information you give to us; the cheaper it will be for you! The quality of service we provide determines the lively hood of our business; thus our promise to you is to give you the highest quality of service possible.
A. Our prices start for $20 per ½ an hour! So we have a service to suit all budget types. The price of the move will depend on how far you are moving and the type of service you require.
A. The sooner the better! The more notice you give us, the more chance you have of securing your preferred day and time.
A. We do not charge any cancellation fees unless move is cancelled less than 48 hours before booked date and time. The fee for cancellation is $75.00.
A. Yes, we understand that life is hectic and we don’t want you wasting any of your spare time. We can organize to have boxes delivered to your front door; ask your specialist team for information.
A. There is no need to pay for boxes with iLoad Removals special offer! Book with us and you won’t need to pay for boxes. Just pick them up 7 days prior to your move and you can keep them for up to 28 days after! Speak to our friendly staff for details.
A. Any damage or lost boxes will result in a replacement fee.
A. Unfortunately we do not transport any pets or live animals. We recommend they travel in the car with their owners.
A. Yes we will happily move Pot Plants and BBQ’s. To ensure we maintain our optimum level oh hygiene and cleanliness, we ask that the BBQ is wrapped with commercial grade shrink wrap and all pot plants are put in green garbage bags. We are happy to do this for you on the day of your move; for a small fee.
A. Yes, we supply everything you need for self-packing. Alternatively we also offer full packing services; from boxes to bubble wrap even including cleaning.
